The German AWPer added a career-second MVP medal to his resume after spearheading BIG's surprise victory.
Florian "syrsoN" Rische was named the HLTV x BitSkins MVP of Roobet cup following a 1.23-rated performance over 14 maps BIG played on their way to the title. The team ranked outside of the top 10 and managed to best favorites Cloud9 in the semi-final and FaZe in the grand final, with the sniper posting 1.30+ ratings in the two crucial games.
While the likes of Dmitry "sh1ro" Sokolov, Benjamin "blameF" Bremer, and Ádám "torzsi" Torzsás posted higher overall ratings, syrsoN was the player that proved to be the biggest difference-maker for his team, especially in the late-tournament games. He also topped the charts in terms of K-D difference (+85) and AWP KPR (0.55) while sitting in the event top-5 for Impact, DPR, and KPR.
syrsoN sported the following skins in the tournament:
Sport Gloves | Arid | MW
AWP | Desert Hydra | FN
Butterfly Knife | Lore | FN

This is syrsoN's second MVP, having won his first one at DreamHack Masters Spring in 2020, the year he was ranked the 10th best CS:GO player. Rating-wise, it was syrsoN's best performance since the PGL Major Antwerp Europe RMR, where he averaged a slightly higher 1.24, showing an uptick in performance before a return to LAN play for IEM Cologne.
